Stephan Harvey is the President, CEO, and Performance Director of TEM Electi in Southern California. He has been coaching and performance training athletes since 2000, developing high-level programs for youth through professional levels.

Stephan is responsible for the integration of proven performance methodologies and cutting-edge equipment across a variety of sports and competitive levels. Previously, he served as the President and CEO of The Lab – Elite Athletics in Altadena, CA.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Stephan has trained and coached athletes from top prep programs, junior colleges, Division I schools, professional leagues, and Team USA Olympic programs. He has also served on numerous sports boards, provided leadership to athletic organizations, and consulted across a wide range of performance and development initiatives.
