What you are getting

Our Weightlifting Class is designed for high school athletes with previous training experience who are looking to take their strength, power, and athletic performance to the next level. This high-energy program focuses on advanced strength and conditioning techniques used by serious athletes to improve performance both in the gym and in competition. Athletes will train using structured programs that emphasize explosive power, speed development, mobility, core strength, and total-body performance. The class incorporates advanced lifting movements, progressive overload, and sport-specific training principles while continuing to reinforce proper technique and injury prevention. This program is ideal for athletes preparing for high school, club, or collegiate sports who want to build strength, increase explosiveness, improve confidence, and gain a competitive edge. Training sessions are coached in a motivating and disciplined environment that challenges athletes to maximize their potential safely and effectively.

Our Policy

Class Policy – The Stadium We are excited to work with each athlete and provide a safe, positive, and focused training environment. Please review the policies below carefully: Scheduling & Arrival Athletes must arrive on time and ready to train. If an athlete arrives 15 minutes late or more, they may not be able to participate unless prior arrangements were made. Class time will not be extended due to late arrival. Parent & Spectator Policy Parents and guardians must remain in the Parent Lounge during sessions. Parents may not sit or stand in walkways, doorways, or near the gym/training areas. Cancellation & Refund Policy Memberships are nontransferrable and no refunds will be issued once the purchase has been made. Injury & Medical Policy Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to joining. Staff will provide basic first aid if needed and notify parents immediately. For serious injuries or emergencies, emergency services (911) will be contacted. Participation is at the athlete’s own risk. Behavior & Code of Conduct Athletes must treat coaches, staff, and others with respect. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class. Facility Rules No cleats inside the facility. Turf shoes or sneakers only. Water only. No sports drinks allowed.
