Summer Hitting and Lifting Drop-In
Combines baseball-specific strength training with professional hitting instruction!
What you are getting
Our Summer Strength & Hitting Clinic combines baseball-specific strength training with professional hitting instruction to help athletes become stronger, more explosive and more productive at the plate. Players will participate in age-appropriate weight training focused on improving strength, power, speed, mobility, and overall athleticism, while also learning proper lifting technique and movement mechanics in a safe and supportive environment. The hitting portion of the clinic will focus on swing mechanics, bat speed, timing, approach, and power development through drills, live instruction, and high-quality repetitions. Athletes will learn how strength and movement training directly translate to increased bat speed, exit velocity, and overall performance on the field. This program is designed for players looking to improve both physically and offensively while training in a competitive, energetic, and positive atmosphere. Whether athletes are new to strength training or experienced players looking to take the next step, this clinic provides a complete approach to summer baseball development.
