Whether you’re looking to improve first-step quickness, overall athleticism, or game-speed movement, these workouts are built to challenge athletes in a fun, competitive, and high-intensity training environment.

Our Policy

Speed & Agility Policy – The Stadium Our Speed & Agility sessions are designed to help athletes improve overall athletic performance, including acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and body control. Sessions take place in The Stadium’s Front Room, specifically designated for this training. Athlete Participation Athletes must arrive on time and ready to train. Each session focuses on individual skill development and group drills under coach supervision. Athletes are expected to follow coach instructions for safety and effectiveness. Parent & Spectator Policy Parents and guardians must remain in the designated Waiting Area during all sessions. Parents may not sit on the floor, move seats, or stand near the training area. Failure to comply may result in the session being paused or ended without refund. Scheduling & Arrival Late arrivals may reduce participation opportunities; session time will not be extended. Please arrive dressed appropriately with proper footwear (no cleats). Facility Rules Front Room only is designated for Speed & Agility training. No cleats inside the facility. Turf shoes or sneakers only. Water only. No sports drinks allowed. Injury & Medical Policy Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to participation. Staff will provide basic first aid if needed and notify parents immediately. For serious injuries or emergencies, emergency services (911) will be contacted. Participation is at the athlete’s own risk. Behavior & Code of Conduct Athletes must respect coaches, staff, and fellow athletes. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without refund. Photo & Media Consent By signing up for Speed & Agility sessions, parents/guardians acknowledge and consent that photos or videos of their athlete may be taken during training and may be posted on The Stadium’s social media, website, or promotional materials.
