Small-Group Hitting Program Our Small-Group Hitting Program provides players with individualized instruction in a focused, positive training environment. Groups are intentionally kept small so each player receives personal attention and instruction based on their specific developmental needs. Players will work on: • Swing mechanics and individual adjustments • Bat speed and barrel control • Timing and pitch recognition • Situational hitting and approach • Lower-half movement and coordination • Mobility, balance, and core activation Rapsodo hitting technology will be incorporated throughout the program to measure progress, provide objective feedback, and help players better understand their swings and what they should work on between sessions. The program will be led by West Coast Prospects Baseball Director Austyn Walker, with Brendan Campbell joining for select sessions. Program Details Dates: Thursdays, August 27–December 17 Thanksgiving: No session on November 26 Program Length: 17 weeks and 16 training sessions Session Length: 75 minutes Cost: $500 for the complete program Location: The Stadium, Pasadena

Our Policy

Lesson Policy – The Stadium We are excited to work with each athlete and provide a safe, positive, and focused training environment. Please review the policies below carefully: Scheduling & Arrival Athletes must arrive on time and ready to train. If an athlete arrives 15 minutes late or more, the coach may forfeit the lesson unless prior arrangements were made. Lesson time will not be extended due to late arrival. Athlete Participation Each lesson is for one athlete only. Lessons may not be split between athletes (“half and half” lessons are not permitted). Parent & Spectator Policy Parents and guardians must remain in the Parent Lounge during lessons. Parents may not sit or stand in walkways, doorways, or near the cages/training areas. Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled lessons. Lessons canceled without proper notice will be considered a completed session. Rescheduling is only permitted with advance communication and instructor approval. Injury & Medical Policy Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to the lesson. Staff will provide basic first aid if needed and notify parents immediately. For serious injuries or emergencies, emergency services (911) will be contacted. Participation is at the athlete’s own risk. Behavior & Code of Conduct Athletes must treat coaches, staff, and others with respect. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the lesson without refund. Facility Rules No cleats inside the facility. Turf shoes or sneakers only. Water only. No sports drinks allowed.
