Our Policy
Batting Cage Rental Policy – The Stadium By entering and using the facilities at The Stadium, all athletes, parents, and guests agree to follow the rules and policies outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone. All individuals must respect the facility, staff, equipment, and other renters at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow facility guidelines may result in removal from the premises without refund. The renter listed under the scheduled reservation name is fully responsible for their group, including athletes, parents, and guests. Any damage caused to cages, turf, nets, pitching mounds, machines, walls, or facility property will be charged to the scheduled name on the reservation. If theft, vandalism, or destruction of property occurs on the grounds of The Stadium, management will take the proper procedures, which may include filing a report and contacting local authorities. All personal belongings must be kept out of walkways and training areas. Bags, chairs, coolers, and equipment may not block walkways, entrances, exits, or training lanes. For safety reasons, parents and spectators must remain in designated waiting areas and may not interfere with training sessions or occupy active cage space unless authorized by staff. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the batting cages or on the turf, except for water in sealed containers. Sunflower seeds, gum, and snacks are not allowed in training areas. Athletes must use only approved equipment and follow all safety instructions provided by staff. Helmets are strongly recommended for hitters, and all pitching machines must be operated by trained personnel or with staff approval. The Stadium is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times. Failure to follow this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental session without refund and may affect future booking privileges. By booking and entering The Stadium facility, you acknowledge and agree to this Batting Cage Rental Policy.
